RADS Club Information

The club has a large membership and runs a constructive teaching programme for all ages from five to adults.
RADS is primarily a competitive club and has enjoyed success in various leagues and in open events.
The club meets on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at Clements Hall throughout the whole year, the only exception being over the Christmas period.
Assessment sessions are held during the second week of every month on Tuesday evenings at 6:00pm.

Volunteer members

The club could not exist without our band of volunteer committee members, who will be only too happy to help with any enquiries. The club is also happy to hear from anyone who is willing to give up a little of their time to help run the club.

RADS Desk

The desk is open most club nights for you to pay training fees and is also a great source of information and help.
The desk is run by volunteers, so please be polite to them.
If you are willing to help run the desk, please make yourself known.
It is important to read the club notice board regularly for news about competitions as well as social events.

New Swimmers

Being new to competitive swimming can at times be a confusing experience. There are many questions ranging from What equipment should I have? to What galas can I enter for? With this in mind RADS have produced a New Member Pack, which is available on the New Swimmer page of this website.
